The Rasmus Announce Their First-Ever North American Headlining Tour
Finnish rock band The Rasmus have announced their first-ever headlining tour across North America. After touring the continent in spring 2026 as special guests of The HU, the band will return this fall with their own full-scale headline run.
The tour kicks off on September 6 in Chicago and wraps up on October 12 in Los Angeles, bringing the band to major cities across the United States and Canada. Support on all dates will come from Saint Agnes and Death Valley Dreams.
“It’s incredible to finally be doing our very first headline tour in the U.S. after all these years, ” said frontman Lauri Ylönen. “We have amazingly loyal fans, and some of them have been waiting more than 20 years to see us live. These shows are going to be packed with emotion and pure energy.”
Following the North American run, The Rasmus will continue touring with a series of headline dates across Latin America through November. The band will then kick off a European tour in early 2027, running from January 28 through March 20.
Presale tickets become available on July 7 at 12:00 p.m. ET, while general on-sale begins July 10 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Over the course of their career, The Rasmus have become one of Finland’s most internationally successful rock bands. Their signature sound blends alternative rock, powerful guitar riffs, electronic textures, and unforgettable melodies. The band’s global breakthrough came with the 2003 hit “In the Shadows, ” which remains their best-known song.
Having sold more than five million albums worldwide, The Rasmus have earned numerous Gold and Platinum certifications as well as prestigious awards, including Finland’s Emma Awards and the MTV Europe Music Awards.
Their latest studio album, “Weirdo, ” is available now via Better Noise Music.
