Scorpions Return to Spain for Four Landmark Rock Shows
Scorpions are returning to Spain for four concerts as part of their European Love, Peace & Rock ’N’ Roll Tour 2027. Founded in 1965 by guitarist Rudolf Schenker, the German band continues to perform on international stages, maintaining its position as one of the most recognisable names in hard rock. In 2027, the group will meet Spanish audiences once again in Barcelona, A Coruña, Bilbao and Madrid.
Over more than six decades, Scorpions have released 19 studio albums and sold more than 100 million records. Their catalogue features songs that have become enduring landmarks of international rock, including Rock You Like a Hurricane, Blackout, Still Loving You, No One Like You and Wind of Change. These tracks represent different chapters in the band’s musical history and remain among the most recognisable titles in its repertoire.
The Spanish run will begin in Barcelona, where the band will perform at Palau Sant Jordi. The next stop will be A Coruña, with a show at Coliseum. Scorpions will then head to Bilbao to take the stage at Bizkaia Arena — BEC!. The series of Spanish concerts will conclude in Madrid at Movistar Arena.
The current line-up features Klaus Meine on vocals, Rudolf Schenker and Matthias Jabs on guitars, Paweł Mąciwoda on bass, and Mikkey Dee on drums. Together, the musicians continue to uphold the band’s distinctive sound, built around melodic hard rock, powerful guitar work and a catalogue of songs that has accompanied generations of fans.
