Archspire Bring Too Fast To Die to Spain with Three Special Guests
Canadian technical death metal band Archspire are returning to Spain with their new album, Too Fast To Die, as the focus of two dates on their European Vacation tour. Joining them are Crown Magnetar, The Zenith Passage and Analepsy, bringing together four acts from different corners of extreme metal, including technical death metal, deathcore and brutal death.
Since forming in 2009, Archspire have developed a distinctive approach to technical death metal, built around extraordinary speed, intricate rhythmic patterns and precise instrumental execution. Their compositions combine rapid-fire passages, abrupt tempo changes and demanding arrangements, with each instrument contributing to a tightly constructed overall sound. Too Fast To Die will take centre stage during the band’s return to Spanish venues as part of this European run.
The supporting lineup brings three distinct approaches to extreme music. US outfit Crown Magnetar represent the uncompromising side of modern deathcore, with material associated with their release Desecrate Infinite. The Zenith Passage explore technical death metal through a progressive lens, drawing on intricate arrangements and densely layered compositions. Completing the bill are Portugal’s Analepsy, a band associated with the European brutal death metal scene.
The Spanish leg of European Vacation consists of two consecutive shows. On 5 November 2026, all four bands will perform at Revi Live in Madrid. The following day, 6 November 2026, the tour moves to Salamandra in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, within the Barcelona metropolitan area.
Both dates bring together four bands with different perspectives on contemporary extreme metal. With Archspire presenting material from Too Fast To Die alongside three acts with their own distinctive sounds, the shows offer a varied lineup for fans of technical musicianship, complex arrangements and the uncompromising intensity of modern extreme metal.
