Myrath

Myrath in Spain: the architects of oriental metal arrive with their boldest album yet

Myrath have spent over two decades building something genuinely singular in heavy music: a sound that fuses progressive metal with Arabic and Middle Eastern melody, earning them the title of pioneers of what they call “blazing desert metal.” Formed in Tunisia in 2001, they are the first band from their country to sign with an international record label — and in October 2026, they bring their most ambitious record to date to five Spanish stages.

Wilderness of Mirrors, released on 27 March 2026 through earMUSIC, is Myrath’s seventh studio album: ten tracks exploring the fragility of truth in a world built on reflections and illusions. The album’s centrepiece collaboration, “Until the End”, features Elize Ryd of Amaranthe and stands as one of the most striking metal duets of the year. Having performed at Hellfest, Wacken Open Air and Sweden Rock Festival, the band arrives in Spain with a reputation built on powerful live performances and a growing fanbase that has followed them across continents.

The Myrath Spain tour opens on 20 October 2026 in Pamplona at Totem (Villava), followed by Madrid on 21 October (Revi Live), Seville on 23 October (Sala Custom), Valencia on 24 October (Sala Rock City!), and closing in Barcelona on 25 October (Sala Wolf).
