Jungle

Jungle brings its signature blend of disco, funk and soul to Madrid and Barcelona

British music project Jungle will come to Spain for two concerts as part of Primavera Tours, presenting its new album, Sunshine, in Madrid and Barcelona. The trio’s sound brings together disco, funk, soul and electronic music, pairing retro influences with contemporary production. The Spanish dates will offer audiences the chance to experience the group’s latest material live at two major concert venues.

Jungle consists of J Lloyd, Tom McFarland and Lydia Kitto. Originally established as a production and music duo, the project evolved into a trio with Kitto’s integration into its core creative lineup. Its distinctive sound is built around prominent basslines, intricate rhythms, layered vocals and melodies that reinterpret the traditions of classic disco and funk through a modern musical perspective.

Released on 14 August 2026, Sunshine is Jungle’s fifth studio album. It follows Volcano and continues the group’s exploration of dance-oriented rhythms, soul-inspired vocals and detailed electronic production. Across the album, carefully constructed arrangements meet melodic songwriting and an unmistakable sense of groove, reflecting the musical approach that has shaped Jungle’s identity.

The Spanish leg of the tour includes two performances. On 26 October 2026, Jungle will play at Movistar Arena in Madrid. The group will then perform at Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona on 28 October 2026. Both shows are part of the Primavera Tours programme and make up the announced Spanish dates for this run.

Jungle’s Spain tour dates:

26 October 2026 — Madrid, Movistar Arena.

28 October 2026 — Barcelona, Palau Sant Jordi.

The concerts will bring Sunshine to the live stage while showcasing the musical identity Jungle has developed through its combination of disco, funk, soul and electronic production. For audiences in Madrid and Barcelona, the performances offer an opportunity to hear the new material live and experience the trio’s contemporary interpretation of dance music rooted in earlier musical traditions.
