Carolina Durante: Spanish Guitar Rock Takes Over Valencia and Barcelona
Carolina Durante have become one of the most distinctive names in Spain’s contemporary rock scene. The Madrid-based quartet has developed a sound built on sharp guitar riffs, punk-pop energy and Spanish-language lyrics that blend irony, everyday observations and a personal perspective on their generation. Their rise from an independent band to major-venue performers has been marked by a clear musical identity and a direct approach that remains central to their work.
The band first gained widespread attention with “Cayetano”, released in 2018. Their self-titled debut album followed in 2019, before “Cuatro Chavales” arrived in 2022. In 2024, Carolina Durante released “Elige tu propia aventura”, their third studio album. The record expands the band’s musical palette through more varied arrangements while retaining the guitar-driven sound and distinctive delivery that have shaped their career.
As part of the Fin de la Aventura tour, Carolina Durante will perform in two major Spanish cities. On 26 November 2026, the band will take the stage at Roig Arena in Valencia, joined by La Plata. The tour will then continue to Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona on 28 November 2026, with Mala Gestión as special guests. These shows form part of the closing run of the tour supporting “Elige tu propia aventura”, bringing Carolina Durante’s unmistakable blend of incisive guitars, driving rhythms and sharp songwriting to large-scale venues. Both performances offer an opportunity to experience the band’s evolving sound in a live setting while celebrating the record that has marked a new chapter in their career.
