Moon Walker: Brooklyn’s Alternative Rock Project Enters a New Chapter
The Brooklyn-born American project Moon Walker is coming to Madrid for a live performance rooted in contemporary alternative rock. In just a few years, the project has expanded its international reach, built a dedicated following and established a presence beyond the independent music circuit.
In less than five years, Moon Walker has surpassed 100 million streams and sold out venues across the United States. The project has also shared stages and toured with artists from a variety of musical backgrounds, including Tool, Primus, Coheed and Cambria, Fishbone and Will Wood. These collaborations reflect the breadth of the musical landscape in which Moon Walker has developed its own identity.
The Madrid performance will offer a closer look at the project’s next creative chapter. The set will include songs from Wasteland Country, the upcoming album scheduled for release in spring 2027. The record follows Is This The World You Wanted?, Moon Walker’s fourth album, which the promoter identifies as an important milestone in the project’s consolidation and international expansion.
The concert will take place at Copérnico in Madrid, giving audiences the opportunity to hear new material before the album’s release. It is a chance to discover a project that continues to build its audience while developing its place within the contemporary alternative rock scene.
