Reggaeton Millennial Fest arrives in San Juan de Alicante this week with a record-breaking edition in sight
Reggaeton Millennial Fest opens its gates in San Juan de Alicante this week, and everything points toward a historic edition. Ticket sales for August 7 and 8 have already surpassed the pace of last year — the debut edition that sold out completely — and organizers are putting the finishing touches on a new venue designed to handle the festival’s continued growth. Their message to potential attendees is direct: buy tickets now, as demand in the days leading up to the event is running high. The festival once again has the backing of Vibra Mahou, the music platform of Mahou Cinco Estrellas that connects the best live music experiences with their audiences.
The second edition’s lineup is a statement in itself. Alexis y Fido, Tito El Bambino, Gente de Zona, Danny Romero and Dasoul head a bill that gathers some of the most defining artists in the history of reggaeton and electro-latino on a single stage. Alongside them, Knarias, Jay Santos, Xriz, Buxxi, Crossfire, Saik y Rosendo (Los Reyes de la Tarima), Rajobos and DJ Nev complete a lineup built to cover every corner of a genre’s golden era. A full DJ program will keep the music going between and after the live performances across both nights.
The venue opens at 17:00 — earlier than last year, and deliberately so. Organizers have designed the festival as a full afternoon-into-night experience, not just an evening show. Until 18:00, when the Open Show kicks off, a 2-for-1 drinks promotion will be active — an extra reason to arrive early and settle into the atmosphere before the first act takes the stage.
The new venue in San Juan de Alicante has been built around the festival’s growth across every dimension. Larger capacity, free parking with direct access from the A-7 motorway making arrivals easy from anywhere in the province and beyond, and a wide gastronomic zone with shaded areas — a genuinely important consideration for an outdoor August festival. Shuttle services connect the venue with two access points: the Hotel Bonalba — the festival’s official hotel, offering exclusive discounts for attendees — and Plaza de los Luceros in Alicante.
Inside the venue, several themed spaces extend the experience beyond the concerts. The IQOS lounge zone provides a place to recharge between sets. The Legendario Glitter Bar returns with two professional makeup artists offering festival looks and branded temporary tattoos. The festival also maintains its commitment to safe and responsible leisure through a Punto Violeta and — new to this edition — a Punto de Salud dedicated to responsible consumption.
