FOTKAI is announcing a call for concert photographers in Spain
FOTKAI, an independent media outlet specializing in live music, is opening a call for photographers to join its editorial network.
Participation does not involve financial compensation or any other form of remuneration. No employment relationship, dependency, subordination, or exclusivity arises between FOTKAI and the collaborating photographers.
Each photographer independently organizes their work and freely decides whether to participate in each event.
The possibility of applying for press accreditation depends entirely on third-party event organizers, without any guarantee or involvement from FOTKAI.
There are no obligations regarding assignment of events, publication of materials, or duration of collaboration. Publication of content on FOTKAI’s website or social media has priority within the media’s editorial policy; however, it does not constitute an obligation to publish nor does it guarantee distribution, always with proper author credit.
The photographer is responsible for complying with applicable laws, image rights, and third-party rights. FOTKAI assumes no responsibility for denied access, event cancellations, or decisions made by third parties.
Copyright of the images always remains with the photographer. The photographer grants FOTKAI a non-exclusive, free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the materials exclusively for editorial purposes, with mandatory attribution of authorship.
The required profile includes experience in concert or live music photography, an online portfolio, and personal equipment. There is no obligation for ongoing availability or continuous collaboration.
Applications are submitted via an online form, and their review does not create any contractual or employment relationship.
