Evan Seinfeld from BIOHAZARD launches fitness platform Full Metal Fitness
On April 15, 2026, musician, vocalist, and bassist of Biohazard Evan Seinfeld introduced his fitness app Full Metal Fitness.
The project is a comprehensive training and lifestyle system that combines workouts, nutrition, and online support. Users are offered personalized training programs tailored to their goals, as well as structured nutrition plans aimed at improving fitness and overall health.
One of the key features of the platform is regular group video sessions with Seinfeld, where participants can discuss progress and receive feedback. Higher subscription tiers also include individual video consultations.
According to Seinfeld, the project is designed not only as a fitness service but also as a community of people connected by metal and hardcore culture and a shared focus on discipline and self-development.
He noted that he previously struggled with weight and self-esteem issues but managed to change his lifestyle through training and discipline. He now says he is in the best shape of his life, both physically and mentally.
The platform’s mission is to help others achieve a similar transformation and build a supportive environment for both physical and mental development.
The app includes shopping lists, recipes with calculated macronutrients, instructional videos, and regularly updated training plans. Depending on the subscription level, users receive different levels of support and interaction with the creator.
The service is designed to be simple to follow: users only need to stick to the plan, put on music, and focus on training.
After moving from Los Angeles in 2021, the musician settled in Tulum, Mexico. There he launched Mantorship, a platform supporting men and promoting emotional openness through group discussions and self-reflection practices.
Earlier, BIOHAZARD released Divided We Fall, their first studio album in more than ten years. The record was produced in the United States with Joseph DeMaio and Matt Hyde involved in the production process.
