Maror Festival 2026 Tops 4,000 Tickets as La Fúmiga Prepares Their Farewell Show
Maror Festival returns to the Playa de la Antoneta in La Vila Joiosa on June 26–27, 2026 for its third edition, having already surpassed 4,000 tickets sold with just over a month to go. The lineup blends established names from the Spanish rock scene with emerging acts from the Valencian music world — and centres on a historic moment: the farewell of La Fúmiga.
The Valencia-based band arrive at Maror as part of “L'últim abraç” (“The Last Embrace”), the tour marking the end of over thirteen years on the road: more than 500 concerts, two gold records and over 150 million Spotify streams. Their sound — brass-driven street energy fused with pop-rock and socially charged lyrics — earned them a defining place in contemporary Valencian culture. The farewell show comes with a stage production designed specifically for this final run, and will feature key tracks from their catalogue including Mediterrània, Ja Dormiré and Havia de Passar. For many fans, this will be their last chance to see the band live.
Friday, June 26 opens with M-Clan, who return to the stage to mark their 30th anniversary in what promises to be a landmark night for Spanish rock. They are joined by Carlos Ares, one of the country’s most talked-about new voices in alternative pop, and Sanguijuelas del Guadiana, whose raw, authentic live show has been building a devoted following rapidly. The night continues with Romàntic Dimoni, Esther, Plan B DJ Set and Las Hienas. Saturday, June 27 belongs to La Fúmiga, supported by El Diluvi, Cactus, Naina and Jajajers — acts that reflect the festival’s consistent commitment to Valencian-language music and emerging talent.
For two evenings, the Mediterranean beachfront at La Vila Joiosa transforms into one of the Costa Blanca’s most distinctive cultural venues: live music by the sea, local gastronomy and a distinctly Mediterranean atmosphere. Two-day passes and single-day tickets are on sale now at marorfest.com, with only the last available tickets remaining.
