Noches Mágicas Festival Announces Full 2026 Lineup: Ara Malikian, Nach, Ana Torroja and La Banda Sabinera in Alicante
The Noches Mágicas Festival has revealed the complete program for its fourteenth edition. Running from 24 July to 6 August 2026, the Jardines de Abril in Sant Joan d’Alacant will host a summer cycle that has grown since 2011 into one of the Costa Blanca’s most established cultural events. Each evening combines live music with a local crafts market, painting and sculpture exhibitions, live art and a full food program — the venue opens in the late afternoon so the experience begins well before the first note. The 2025 edition drew over 20,000 attendees across thirteen nights, with Bonnie Tyler, Sara Baras, Tony Hadley and El Kanka among the headliners.
The festival opens on 24 July with an 80's Summer Party headlined by Modestia Aparte and Toreros con Chanclas, a night designed to bridge generations through the decade’s defining anthems. On 25 July, the 90's Summer Party takes over with Twenty 4 Seven, Double You, Just Luis and Viceversa — plus further names still to be announced — celebrating the dance and eurodance hits of the nineties. Sunday 26 July belongs to Miguel Campello, one of Spain’s most distinctive voices, who brings his 25th-anniversary tour mixing flamenco, rock and Latin-influenced sounds.
On Tuesday 28, violinist Ara Malikian performs Intruso, a new show in which he explores musical cultures far removed from his own heritage, channelling them through the unmistakable voice of his instrument and a lifetime of multicultural experience. Thursday 30 July brings Israel Fernández — a leading figure in contemporary flamenco — with “De oro y marfil”: his most ambitious show to date, built around the piano and expanded with orchestral strings, choir and his regular flamenco ensemble. On Friday 31, rap legend Nach returns with “Destino”, his first album in seven years — a project that is as personal as it is generational, reaffirming his status as one of the great poets of Spanish-language hip-hop.
1 August sees Ana Torroja headline another 80s night, with tickets nearly sold out. On 2 August, Rodrigo Cuevas brings La Belleza, where folk tradition, freedom and avant-garde collide under an open sky. The festival closes on 6 August with La Banda Sabinera — the longtime musicians of Joaquín Sabina — in a concert that invites the audience to become an active part of a repertoire that has long belonged to everyone.
Tickets and full details are available at the festival’s official website.
