Miss Caffeina to Mark 10th Anniversary of “Detroit” with Three Exclusive Shows
Madrid-based band Miss Caffeina has announced a special tour titled “Detroit X Aniversario, ” marking the 10th anniversary of their album of the same name, released in February 2016. The tour will consist of just three shows: December 5 in Málaga, December 12 in Madrid, and December 17 in Valencia, all in 2026.
“Detroit” was a turning point in the band’s career, cementing their identity and establishing them among the essential names in Spanish alternative pop with songs like “Mira cómo vuelo, ” “Oh Sana, ” and “Ácido.” The tour supporting the album at the time exceeded a hundred shows across Spain and culminated in two consecutive sold-out performances at Madrid’s La Riviera venue. For the anniversary shows, the band will perform the album in full, recreating its visual aesthetic and concept with a refreshed staging. The celebration will also include a vinyl reissue of “Detroit, ” making the record available again physically for the first time in a decade.
The announcement came as a surprise on June 25, during a Miss Caffeina concert at Madrid’s Parque Enrique Tierno Galván, the closing date of their “Buenasuerte” tour supporting their most recent album, released in October 2025. Without warning, the stage screens revealed the three “Detroit X Aniversario” dates, sparking excitement among the crowd.
