Linze present “Palomas”, the band’s most personal and melodic single
Spanish rock band Linze have released a new single titled “Palomas”, continuing a series of releases ahead of their upcoming album scheduled for 2026. The track is now available on all major digital platforms and stands out from the band’s previous work thanks to its calmer, more intimate mood and a stronger focus on melody.
The new song reveals a different side of Linze’s sound, featuring less of the band’s usual roughness and a greater sense of emotional depth. “Palomas” is built around soft guitar parts and restrained arrangements, allowing the listener to focus on atmosphere and feeling. At the same time, the band retains its recognizable alternative rock identity, shaped by influences from the 1990s music scene.
The track was produced by Luis de Oleza and Carlos Sennacheribo, who have previously collaborated with the band. Recording and mixing were also carried out with the involvement of Danny Richter from El Lado Izquierdo, resulting in a more refined and balanced sound. The production emphasizes clarity and instrumental balance, reinforcing the song’s lyrical character.
Based in Madrid, Linze have been an active part of the Spanish alternative rock scene for over a decade. The band regularly releases new material and tours extensively across the country. In 2024, they completed a major tour covering more than forty cities in Spain, while their previous single “Derecho Constitucional” received positive feedback from both listeners and specialized music media.
“Palomas” is the third track released from the forthcoming album and, according to the band, reflects a more personal and emotionally driven phase of their creative process. In the coming months, Linze plan to continue releasing new material and to announce an expanded concert schedule in support of the album.
The new single confirms the band’s commitment to artistic growth and exploration while maintaining their own musical identity. Linze continue to strengthen their position within the contemporary Spanish rock scene, with “Palomas” already standing out as an important milestone in their discography.
