Shakira adds three new Madrid dates: six-night residency confirmed for September 2026
Shakira has expanded her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour in Spain, announcing three additional concerts in Madrid. The new shows on September 18, 19 and 20, 2026 join the already confirmed dates of September 25, 26 and 27, forming a six-night European residency in the Spanish capital. All performances will take place at the Estadio Shakira, a purpose-built temporary venue within the Iberdrola Music space in the Villaverde district, with a capacity of more than 50,000 fans per night.
The tour arrives in Madrid holding the Guinness World Record as the highest-grossing Latin tour in history, having generated over $421 million across its first 86 shows. The Colombian star’s return to Spain comes eight years after her last visit during the El Dorado World Tour in 2018, and the Madrid residency will serve as the final stop of the entire world tour. The venue has been designed by architecture firm BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), the same studio behind Adele’s Munich residency stage in 2024. Surrounding the stadium, a 15-hectare Parque Macondo — inspired by One Hundred Years of Solitude — will host ancillary events.
Alongside the concerts, Shakira’s curated cultural experience “Es Latina” will run twelve hours daily throughout the residency, featuring exhibitions, workshops, film screenings, gastronomy and literature.
Tickets are being released in phases: a fan presale for those registered at shakira.com opened on March 24, an SMusic presale (Banco Santander customers) begins March 25, a Live Nation presale follows on March 26, and general sale opens March 27 at 10:00 AM. Prices range from €181.50 for general admission to €1,000 for premium VIP packages. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are mobile-only; PDFs and screenshots will not be accepted.
