Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath’s Final Concert Film Set for Worldwide Cinema Release

The final concert by Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath’s original lineup will arrive in cinemas worldwide. Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning is scheduled to receive a global event release beginning October 28, 2026, Mercury Studios and Trafalgar Releasing have confirmed.

The film documents the landmark concert held on July 5, 2025, at Villa Park in Birmingham, Osbourne’s hometown. The event featured a solo performance by Ozzy before he reunited on stage with Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward — marking the original lineup’s first live performance together in more than 20 years.

The farewell event also featured major names from rock and metal, including Metallica, Slayer, Guns N’ Roses, Pantera, Tool, Alice in Chains and Anthrax. The theatrical release will present a specially edited version of the historic concert for cinema audiences.

The performance took place just 17 days before Osbourne’s death on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76. Tickets for the screenings will go on sale on September 24, 2026, via the event’s official website.
