Navalia, the Christmas village in Alicante
Navalia, the Christmas village in Alicante, has opened its doors at the Port of Alicante and has become one of the city’s main Christmas meeting points. This temporary festive village is located at El Muelle Live and welcomes visitors from 12 December to 6 January, offering free access for all audiences.
Set in a unique location by the Mediterranean Sea, Navalia is an immersive environment where Northern and Eastern Christmas traditions come together. Along its route, Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men coexist with elves, royal pages, artisans and a variety of Christmas characters, creating an experience that blends tradition, fantasy and technology.
The visit begins at Star Square, dominated by a large Christmas tree, and continues through different themed districts designed to encourage exploration, participation and shared family moments. The venue features a sustainable ice skating rink, creative workshops, immersive technology areas, food zones and stages conceived as spaces for social gathering.
Santa’s House is open to the public free of charge, allowing both children and adults to step inside and enjoy a warm and welcoming experience. From 26 December onwards, Navalia also hosts the Royal Camp, where the Three Wise Men’s pages prepare for the night of 5 January.
Throughout the Christmas season, Navalia offers a lively programme of creative workshops, including honey candle making, painted wooden ornaments and watercolor letters to the Three Wise Men. The programme evolves over time, and updated schedules and opening hours are available on the official El Muelle Live website. Navalia stands out as a must-visit Christmas experience in Alicante, inviting visitors to live the festive season from the inside.
