Europe returns to Spain: a powerful 40th-anniversary celebration of “The Final Countdown”
Swedish rock legends Europe return to Spain in 2026 to mark the 40th anniversary of their landmark album 'The Final Countdown'. They will play three concerts in Spain: 8 October in Barcelona (Poble Espanyol), 9 October in Bilbao (Bilbao Arena Miribilla) and 10 October in Madrid — Leganés (La Nueva Cubierta). At these shows Europe will perform 'The Final Countdown' in full, complemented by a curated selection of greatest hits spanning their career. The Canadian quartet The Damn Truth will support all Spanish dates, providing energetic, guitar-driven opening sets. Tickets will be available exclusively via getrock.es: a fan-club presale opens on Wednesday, 26 November at 11:00, followed by general public sales on Friday, 28 November at 11:00. This is a rare opportunity to hear a definitive album performed live and to see Europe in a programme that honours their enduring influence on rock music.
