Oques Grasses Breaks Records: Over 220,000 Tickets Sold for Four Shows at the Olympic Stadium

The band from Osona has confirmed its status as a phenomenon in Catalan music: over 220,000 tickets have been sold for their farewell shows, scheduled for October 5, 7, 9, and 10 next year at the Olympic Stadium. This achievement matches Coldplay’s record and highlights the band’s strong connection with their audience.

Since their beginnings in 2015 with Digue-n’hi com vulguis, Oques Grasses has stood out for their fusion of reggae, Mediterranean folk, and pop, paired with direct, ironic, and uplifting lyrics. Over time, the band has incorporated electronic elements while keeping their festive, danceable sound that appeals to multiple generations.

Catalan, far from being a barrier, has become a unifying element that strengthens their appeal. The combination of it being the last chance to see them live and affordable ticket prices has fueled demand, turning these shows into a must-attend event for fans of Catalan music.

Oques Grasses continues to consolidate their legacy, taking Catalan pop to new heights, while Josep Montero and the group maintain the energy that has made them unique on the scene.
