Kiefer Sutherland is back in Spain — and this time it’s all about the music
Long before most people knew Kiefer Sutherland played guitar, he was already doing it seriously. The actor behind Jack Bauer has spent the better part of a decade building a genuine career in country and americana — two albums that reached number one on the UK country and americana charts, a third that cemented his reputation as a songwriter to take seriously, and now a fourth on the way. In May 2026, he brings his Love Will Bring You Home Tour to Spain for the first time since his debut visit in 2017.
The tour marks his first full run of shows since 2024, when filming commitments kept him off the road. It arrives ahead of Grey, his fourth studio album, scheduled for release on 29 May 2026 via Maple Creek Records. Produced by Ethan Johns, Rocco Deluca and Mark Neill, the record signals a more personal direction in his songwriting — less observation of the world around him, more honesty about his own interior life. The lead single, “Simpler Time”, sets the tone: a clear-eyed look at a youth he genuinely believes was less complicated, not merely remembered that way. Sutherland's live shows are known for their warmth and directness — he shares the stories behind his songs, moves between quiet acoustic passages and full-band moments, and tends to make a room feel considerably smaller than it is.
Spain gets two dates. On 5 May 2026 he plays La (2) de Apolo in Barcelona, followed by La Sala del Movistar Arena in Madrid on 6 May 2026. Both shows are presented by Primavera Tours, with Colin Andrew opening.
Tickets are available through the Primavera Sound website at €30 plus booking fees. Doors for the Barcelona show open at 7:00 PM, with the concert starting at 8:30 PM. Under-16s are welcome accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Tickets on sale now.
