Warm Up Estrella de Levante 2026: Fatboy Slim, Bloc Party and The Kooks Come to Murcia
The Warm Up Estrella de Levante festival marks its eighth edition with its biggest lineup to date. On 1 and 2 May 2026, the Recinto Ferial La Fica in Murcia hosts 48 artists across four stages — a scale that reflects how far this event has come since its founding in 2017. What started as a regional fixture has steadily grown into one of Spain’s most watched music festivals, having previously hosted alt-J, Franz Ferdinand, Noel Gallagher, Two Door Cinema Club and The Jesus & Mary Chain.
The 2026 international lineup carries serious weight. Fatboy Slim — one of the architects of big beat and a DJ whose sets have lost none of their energy — headlines alongside post-punk veterans Bloc Party, whose catalog runs deep enough to satisfy long-time fans and newer ones alike. The Kooks bring the indie pop that soundtracked a generation, and Belgian duo Soulwax round out the international names with a live electronic act that remains as vital as ever. On the Spanish side, Guitarricadelafuente, Lori Meyers, Rusowsky, Ultraligera, Ginebras, Ladilla Rusa, León Benavente and Carlos Ares represent a cross-section of contemporary Spanish music that covers multiple genres and generations.
The Murcia music festival takes place on 1–2 May 2026 at Recinto Ferial La Fica — the sole location for this edition.
