Spanish Duo Ladilla Rusa Returns with New Single “TKM CNT XFA” After Two-Year Hiatus
The renowned Spanish musical duo Ladilla Rusa has officially announced their return with the new single “TKM CNT XFA” after almost a two-year break. The group, famous for its original style, sarcastic lyrics, and blend of electronic and pop sounds, once again attracts listeners with its unique techno-rumba and nostalgic atmosphere.
Ladilla Rusa is a creative project from Moncada i Reixac (Barcelona province), founded by Tania Lozano and Víctor F. Clares. The duo started their activity in 2017 and quickly gained popularity with hits such as “Macaulay Culkin” and “KITT y los coches del pasado.” Their music combines elements of electropop, techno-rumba, and Spanish pop culture, while ironic lyrics make their tracks easily recognizable and widely loved.
The new single “TKM CNT XFA” is in the style of techno-rumba, reminiscent of the early 2000s, with vibrant electronic rhythms and a catchy chorus. The track was released under the label El Genio Equivocado, and the musical production was created by Marc Soto and Fede Castro (the duo La Dupla). Singer Queralt Lahoz also participated, adding fresh vocal parts, giving the composition a distinctive sound.
The music video was directed by Luis Levrato, with production by Good Company and the creative studio HIDE Studio. The video is full of visual details and bright scenes, making it interesting both for new listeners and long-time fans.
The theme of the song continues Ladilla Rusa’s tradition — with irony and pop culture references, the duo tells the story of a teenager trying to win the attention of their crush through messages on old messengers, voice notes, and even symbolic “scented letters.” This artistic device evokes nostalgia among listeners and highlights the duo’s unique humorous style.
The single “TKM CNT XFA” marks a new stage in Ladilla Rusa’s creative journey. In the coming weeks, the duo will announce new tour dates, promising the most vivid and spectacular tour in the group’s history. The presentation concert is scheduled for March 21 in Barcelona at Sala Salamandra, along with performances at major Spanish music festivals, including Sonorama Ribera, Warm Up, and Spring Festival.
Ladilla Rusa continues to be a notable presence in the Spanish music scene thanks to their unique combination of electronic sounds, rumba, and satirical lyrics. The new single “TKM CNT XFA” demonstrates that even after two years of silence, the duo can produce fresh, recognizable, and popular music, remaining beloved among a wide audience and in search results as “best Spanish musical duos, ” “techno-rumba 2026,” and “new Ladilla Rusa music.”
