Mac DeMarco Sells Out Three Shows in Barcelona and Madrid
Mac DeMarco will play three consecutive nights in Spain: the Canadian musician became a cult figure of lo-fi rock with his first two albums, “2” and “Salad Days”, in the early 2010s. His relaxed, instantly recognizable sound has influenced artists like Steve Lacy and Dijon and remains part of the collective musical memory almost fifteen years on.
After alternating “official” releases with collections of demos and instrumental experiments, the Canadian went nearly six years without a full studio album, until he recorded the minimalist “Guitar” in just thirteen days.
The concerts will take place on September 16 and 17, 2026, in Barcelona, at Sala Razzmatazz, and on September 18, 2026, in Madrid, at La Riviera — the three Spanish dates of this tour.
