Loreen Returns: First Album in Eight Years Featuring Hit “Tattoo” and New Tracks
Swedish singer Loreen has officially announced the release of her first full-length studio album in more than eight years. The new album is titled Wildfire and is scheduled for release on March 27, 2026. This marks the long-awaited return of the artist, who has gained fans worldwide and became a two-time winner of the Eurovision Song Contest.
The album will include her hugely successful hit “Tattoo”, which earned Loreen her second Eurovision victory in 2023. The song quickly became a global phenomenon, topping the charts in several countries and solidifying Loreen’s status as one of the most successful Eurovision artists in history. In addition, Wildfire will feature the 2023 single “Is It Love” and possibly other recent tracks, including “Forever” and “Gravity”, which have already been praised by fans.
This will be Loreen’s third studio album. Her debut album Heal was released in 2012 after her first Eurovision win with the legendary song “Euphoria”, followed by Ride in 2017. Since then, the artist has mainly released singles while focusing on live performances and international projects.
Including “Tattoo” in the new album is significant both commercially and artistically. The song has become Loreen’s signature track and cemented her as a unique artist capable of repeating historic Eurovision success. Loreen became the first woman and the second performer in history to win Eurovision twice, following the legendary Johnny Logan.
Wildfire promises to be a major event in contemporary music, combining proven hits with new compositions that reflect Loreen’s evolving style. Its release will delight fans and further strengthen her presence on the international stage, continuing her successful career that has lasted over a decade.
With the release of her new album, Loreen returns to the center of the global music industry, demonstrating that she remains one of the most influential and recognizable artists of her generation.
