The Black Crowes bring unfiltered rock and roll to Alicante
American band The Black Crowes will perform in Alicante, one of only two Spanish dates the band has this year, alongside their appearance at the Mad Cool festival in Madrid. The legendary rock & roll outfit, known for its raw energy and unmistakable soul-rock sound, brings to the city a set built around their latest studio work.
Since reuniting in 2019, brothers Chris and Rich Robinson have restored the magic that made The Black Crowes a global force, racking up more than 150 shows across 20 countries. Their comeback was marked by the band’s first GRAMMY nomination in over three decades, for Happiness Bastards (Best Rock Album), along with a 2025 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nomination. In March 2026 they released their new tenth studio album, A Pound of Feathers, recorded in just eight to ten days with producer Jay Joyce — its songs will headline the night.
The Spanish date is July 8, 2026, in Alicante, at Área 12 — Rabasa. The night opens with legendary Spanish band Los Enemigos, fronted by Josele Santiago, and after the main set fans can stick around for an aftershow with The Empty Bottles in the Garden by Estrella de Levante area. Doors open at 8:30 PM, with the show starting at 10:00 PM.
Tickets are already on sale through the official Área 12 Alicante website and the Enterticket platform.
