Carlos Sadness Returns with “El Ruido de las Estrellas”: Book and Music in One
Spanish singer and songwriter Carlos Sadness has unveiled his new interdisciplinary project, “El Ruido de las Estrellas”, which combines literature, music, and illustration. This unique work merges a book and a single of the same name, creating a complete artistic experience for his fans.
The book “El Ruido de las Estrellas”, published with Lunwerg / Planeta, invites readers on a journey through memories, emotions, and artistic associations. Music, childhood, and everyday objects intertwine, creating an intimate and poetic anthology of feelings. The first Latin American edition sold out completely, and due to high demand, a second edition was printed.
Alongside the book, Carlos Sadness released the single “El Ruido de las Estrellas”, a musical extension of the literary work. The song conveys an atmosphere of intimacy and confessional style, characteristic of the artist’s early works, with minimalist sound and warm, subdued vocals. The track is designed as a natural complement to the book, allowing listeners to immerse themselves in the author’s emotions and poetry.
The project includes a series of book presentations with autograph sessions and live musical performances. The first events will take place in December 2025 at Librería Grant and FNAC Ramblas, followed by a series of concerts in Spain starting in February 2026, including Santander and Guadarrama, with subsequent performances at international festivals such as Vive Latino in Mexico and Festival de les Arts in Valencia.
“El Ruido de las Estrellas” is not just a book or a song, but a complete art project showcasing the maturity and creative depth of Carlos Sadness. He returns to his roots with personal storytelling and soft sound while taking a step forward, creating a contemporary, emotionally rich work. For fans, it is an opportunity to immerse themselves in a world of music, literature, and illustration, experience emotions, and find beauty in everyday life.
The project has already drawn attention from the media and music critics, and active promotion on social networks and music platforms helps Carlos Sadness strengthen his presence on the international scene. With the unique combination of book and single, the project promises to be a significant cultural event in Spain and Latin America.
