Texas Announce Madrid Concert for 2027: White on Blonde 30th Anniversary Tour
Scottish band Texas will perform at Madrid’s Palacio Vistalegre on 11 November 2027. The concert will be the group’s only Spanish date and will mark the end of the European leg of their tour celebrating the 30th anniversary of White on Blonde.
Released in February 1997, Texas’s fourth studio album took the band to the top of the UK Albums Chart for the first time. The record achieved six-times platinum certification in the UK and features some of the group’s best-known songs, including Say What You Want, Halo and Black Eyed Boy.
The anniversary celebrations will also include a special edition of the album, scheduled for release on 5 February 2027. It will feature the previously unreleased track Another Way To Cry. The song’s music video was filmed in the Scottish Highlands, featuring lead vocalist Sharleen Spiteri and actor Robert Carlyle.
The UK and Ireland tour dates will begin in Aberdeen on 15 October 2027, ahead of the Madrid performance. The setlist will include tracks from White on Blonde alongside other well-known songs by Texas.
Ticket presales are scheduled to begin at 10:00 on 28 October 2026, with general sales opening at the same time on 30 October. Doctor Music is promoting the Spanish concert.
