Collaborating with FOTKAI is easy and flexible.
You just need to message us with the basic details of your event:

We’ll get back to you quickly to confirm availability and coordinate the session.

Our base is in Torrevieja and Alicante, but we work all across the Costa Blanca, including:

• Benidorm
• Guardamar del Segura
• Altea
• Orihuela Costa
• Santa Pola
• San Juan
• Elche
• And other nearby towns

We’re also open to longer-distance travel (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Murcia, etc.), as long as the format of the event makes sense.

We currently offer documentary-style event photography, with a natural and emotional approach.

🎞 Pricing:

• 1 hour of coverage — €30
• 2 hours — €50

Included in the price:

• Full coverage focusing on atmosphere, people, details, and real emotions
• Publication of the photo report on our website and social media
• Free promotion of your venue in our online directory: fotkai.es/en/donde-ir

Our photographer arrives at the location at the agreed time.

During the session:

• We photograph guests (with their consent)
• We capture the overall atmosphere (lighting, details, ambiance)
• We document spontaneous moments that convey emotion and authenticity

🎯 The goal is to deliver honest, vibrant content — no posing, no staging — that reflects your essence and connects with your audience.

We take a very respectful approach toward guests.

Before taking someone’s photo, we always ask for verbal consent.

If, after the event, someone prefers their image not be published — they just need to let us know, and we’ll delete it with no issues.

We typically deliver around 50 photos per hour of coverage.
This number may vary depending on:

• The nature of the event
• Number of guests
• Visual and decorative elements

We always prioritize quality over quantity.
Each delivered image brings value and can be used to communicate your venue’s or brand’s identity.

• Photos are delivered within 72 hours after the event.
• You’ll receive a private link to a cloud folder.
• All images are in high resolution and come with basic editing (color, lighting, cropping if needed).
• We don’t do digital retouching — we believe in natural beauty and authenticity.  

Your guests will be able to access the full event gallery via our public platform: fotkai.es/en/eventos

This also increases visibility for your venue, as many attendees share the photos on their social media and tag the location.

Absolutely!

If you prefer the session to remain private, with no public posts, just let us know in advance.

We also offer fully private and personalized photo sessions — for example, for internal use or specific campaigns.
